Have you ever seen the ghost in fear with human beings on earth? This film ‘Riktha’ (meaning empty) is looking at the soft side of ghosts. The protagonist Sanchari Vijay, national award winning actor is in four shades. In one of the shades he is with Mungaru Male Mola (Rabbit) as ghost. This part is also interesting. There is one more tormentor ghost played by Varshini. Vagdevi Advika relative of doyen of Kannada cinema direction SR Puttanna Kanagal is female lead.

The film ‘Riktha’ has completed shoot in 30 plus days. Amruth Kumar of Shivamogga is made with many layers tucked in the cinema. A student of Adarsha Film Institute Amruth Kumar struggled for opportunity. He is a graduate from ATNCC college. He was part of stage plays and short films. It is three years back he became friend to Arun producer of this film. In last December he wanted to start the film. The preoccupation of Sanchari Vijay deferred his project.

Sanchari Vijay will be in a child age feel, drunkard, horror, love and sentiment part. As you see this film you would feel the mood of emptiness but at the outset you find something striking in the climax. Audience would relax at this point of time. The highlight of this film is showing the ghost in good nature. Like how Mr Been will be having a doll, in this film the hero will be with a rabbit and that is referred to the one cremated in Mungaru Male. This rabbit is called as Devadas. Vijay worked for more than 15 hours for this film.

The shoot was held in Shivamogga Sullalli and Prasadana surroundings. The trailer was released on Monday. Arun Kumar producer of this film is a realtor. He has not put any force in making the film. Rocki Somu is music director. He has given classical songs for this film.

After audio release in next month, director Amruth Kumar intends to release the film in next month end.
